Request deletion

You can request deletion of personal data associated with your communications with VoxAI (e.g., contact form submissions, sales/support emails). We will verify the request and process it in accordance with applicable laws.

What to include

• Your full name and the email address(es) you used to contact us.
• A short description of what you want deleted (e.g., “all contact submissions”, “all support emails”).
• If you represent a company, include your role and the company name.

What happens next

• We may request additional information to verify your identity and prevent fraudulent deletion.
• We aim to respond within 24 hours and complete deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
• Some data may be retained when required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., security, fraud prevention, compliance).
